At Sinless Foods, we take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering our products.

As we deal with food products, slight natural variations in colour, texture, size, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These variations are natural and do not affect the quality or freshness of the product.

Every order goes through basic quality checks before dispatch to ensure that products reach you in good condition.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Approved refunds for cancelled orders will usually be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the consumable nature of food products, returns and exchanges are only accepted in limited situations.

Exchanges or Replacements Will Be Considered Only If:

- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
- There is a genuine quality concern supported with photographs/videos shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted For:

- Minor natural variations in colour, texture, or size.
- Taste preferences or personal dislike.
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Products opened, consumed, or used.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

- Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.
- Product unavailable after order confirmation.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Product damaged during transit.
- Package lost in transit.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

If you face any issue, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package along with clear photographs/videos of the concern.

Sinless Foods reserves the right to review and approve or reject refund/replacement requests after evaluating the issue.
